Shipping, Exchange, and FAQ

A line of pelicans carry clay mugs over the water.

Shipping

I am starting with local pickup only (at my studio/home in Point Richmond, at the dojo, at CCC).

If you are interested in having items shipped please email me at ncnmade@gmail.com with your shipping address and which item you are hoping for. I’ll let you know when shipping becomes available and how much it will cost.

Exchanges

If your handle snaps off your mug without you even dropping it, I will make you a new one. It will look a little different.

Contact me at ncnmade@gmail.com to arrange.
